Who needs an expensive gym membership when you can pick up some cheap push-up bars and this app (along with squats and sit-ups) for under $20. The training app is great at gently guiding you and slowly building you up. Youll always do a few more push-ups every time you train and the progression is gradual while still being noticeable. The interface is clean and simple: everything you need, nothing you dont.

Some bad moments

I am half way through the program and my before and after fitness is very noticeable!! Cant wait to finish!!
This app lets you track your progress as it pushes you toward your goal with a sleek look and a simple layout.
I am 53 years Old and never couldnt Maked push up thanks to this app I am on my way to the 100 and I am feeling strong. I only wish they give more information about the proper wait to do push up. Thanks att: Jose.
Few problems at the big inning but I delete the app and got it again problem solve
Like the other apps made by Michael, the design is grreat, problem is: Its not based on real world exercising! You CAN NOT record the actual number of reps, etc. that you perform unless you actually finish the entire set of course. So, IT IMMEDIATELY (same with all his apps in this genre), have BOGUS stats. If I do 20 instead of 25, it will not allow me to so note. I love the simplicity of his apps, but they are useless for anyone serious about tracking real sets, progress, etc. Sad. No offense, just truthfull. Dont buy his squats, pushups, pull-ups, or abs apps..unless you dont care for REAL.
Is app is so easy to use and I love using this app Iv been doing my work outs thanks to it.;)
